2016 Fairfield Comedy – Progressive Dinner

Due to the previous sell out success of the Progressive Comedy Dinners in Station Street, Fairfield, Dave O’Neil and the Fairfield Village Traders Association is pleased to present another comedy event on Tuesday, 22nd March.    This year’s participating restaurants are Trapezi, Capovolto and Three Locals.    Book your tickets without delay as this event is great value with a three course progressive dinner and three riotous stand up comedians at each venue – Ben Knight, Cal Wilson and Rod Quantock.    Limited tickets, and at a great price of only $59 per person, you will need to book early to avoid disappointment.

Entrée @ Trapezi – Mixed Dips – Tzatziki, Tarama

(pink fish roe), Melitzanosalata (Eggplant dip),

Tirokafteri (Red Capsicum dip with fetta and touch

of chiLli) served with marinated carrots, green beans, lightly fried marinated eggplant & zucchini with warm pita bread.  Saganaki - Pan fried Greek Kefalograviera cheese served with lemon.  Dolmades - Vine leaves filled with rice

Main @ Capovolto – Fresh spaghetti with mussels and chilli and parsley  OR vegetarian lasagna

Dessert @ Three Locals – Semifreddo, a creamy coffee kick, salted almonds and a toasted treat that will leave you wanting more OR Eton mess, layers of velvety cream, berries and house meringue.




Entrée @ Capovolto – mixed antipasto selection

Main @ Three Locals – Gnocchi, soft pillows of potato, warming fragrance and a foamy nut texture OR Chicken with summer spiced aromatic rice, sticky citrus and maple.

Dessert @ Trapezi -  Mixed Dessert Platter - Variety of home-made Greek mixed desserts and coffee     




Entrée @ Three Locals - Moroccan Beef, exciting spices and dynamic flavours

combined with crunches of bread and smooth yoghurt or Soft Shell Crab, a Korean

trademark combined with explosions of sweet, sour and a crisp texture.

Main @ Trapezi – Kreatiki Piatela–(Meat Platters) - Lamb & Chicken fillet skewers, homemade Biftekia (rissoles), oven baked lamb ribs, chargrilled marinated pork belly, Loukaniko (spicy sausage), served with Tzatziki dip and Pita bread.  Oven baked Lemonato potatoes and Greek salad.

Dessert @ Capovolto - Traditional napoletan Easter cake (ricotta, creme anglais, natural grains)
